Handelsblatt: The Berlin-based medical recruitment agency Doctari has acquired three companies.
The Handelsblatt reports on the acquisitions made by Doctari. The DoubleDigit Group acted as the exclusive M&A advisor for Doctari in all three acquisitions.
"The Berlin-based company Doctari places doctors and nurses in clinics and is a pioneer in the healthcare sector. With three recent acquisitions, it is now putting pressure on the competition. Sang-Woo Pai, the CEO and chairman of Doctari, does not see his company as a staffing agency, but rather as a tech company. The vision is to create an intelligent matchmaking platform for medical personnel and clinics, a kind of Amazon for doctors."
